Requirements gathering and estimate

Contact us with your project details and we’ll discuss the scope of work and provide an estimate. We can also arrange a discovery call to discuss our presentation design services in more detail.

Quote sign-off and design discovery

We analyse and review your current slides to understand the narrative and project objectives. We also review your audiences, existing collateral, and brand style guidelines to guide the creative direction.

Concept design

We create and present two initial design directions – featuring presentation title page and a range of slide layout examples – for feedback and refinement. You can request more concepts for an additional fee if desired.

Presentation design and template creation

Once you approve an approach, we work on the full pitch deck or presentation, layout and typesetting – incorporating charts, key statistics, photography, iconography and other graphic elements. We also develop the presentation template for future use.

Review and revisions

Our standard package includes two rounds of design feedback and iteration which will be presented in Google slides, Powerpoint, or another chosen software, along with a PDF to ensure the design works in multiple sharable formats.

Final delivery

We supply all final presentation files and template files, which are polished and ready to share. We will also package any custom illustrations or branded assets that we’ve created for your presentation, so you can use on other collateral as needed (no additional cost).

FAQs

How long does the presentation design process take?

This depends on a number of variables such as deck length, animated components, number of custom infographics required, template creation requirements and branding requirements. Our designers work quickly but carefully, and we can usually start on your project within a week of engagement. For a deck of 30 slides or so, allow a couple of weeks for the concept and full design process.

We are a startup, what else can you help us with?

Our presentation design services can be tailored to suit your budget and needs. Investing in good design at this critical stage of your company will provide excellent ROI in the long run. We are here to help with any of your graphic design or digital design needs. How much do your presentation design services cost?

The cost to design your presentation depends on many variables, so we prefer to quote on your individual project. However, we pride ourselves on being an affordable, high quality solution. We understand that budget can be tight and cash flow is erratic for most startups. This also applies to established companies! We offer payment plans and subscription/retainer options if preferred over a project-based fee. This will give you a set number of design hours per month, or monthly invoicing to make the investment more manageable. Chat to us to discuss your options.
