The Eisen Family Private Fund is a Private Ancillary Fund that exclusively donates to registered not-for-profit organisations with a charitable purpose and DGR status.

The foundation fosters philanthropic partnerships that respond with care and empathy to the suffering of the most vulnerable in our community as well as promoting sustainable development and plans for current and future generations. In order to qualify for funding, your organisation must be aligned with one or more of the five Partnership Pillars of the Fund: Climate, Capacity, Compassion, Curiosity and Creativity.

The brief

We were engaged by the Australian Philanthropic Services in 2021/22 to work on the brand identity and website for the newly established Eisen Family Private Fund. Project deliverables included:

  • Logo design
  • Brand style tile including logo variations, colour palette and fonts
  • Secondary branding and assets including:
    • custom icon library
    • illustrations
    • stock image library
    • letterheads (print and digital)
    • banners for members portal
    • branded email signatures
    • favicon
  • Website design and development in WordPress

The brief was to present the foundation as contemporary but not too flashy or edgy. We think we struck this balance well with the creation of beautiful line icons and the use of stunning landscape stock photography to accompany the brochure-style website.

How is this ethical?

The Eisen Family, along with their team, are focused on working with progressive philanthropic leaders and organisations and investing in a more equitable and sustainable future. They are interested in finding smart ways to leverage the foundation’s resources for the highest social and environmental impact. Above all, the foundation wants to make the world a better place for current and future generations, which is why the five giving pillars – Climate, Capacity, Compassion, Curiosity and Creativity – are a critical component of the funding model.

Our sustainability strategy

The Eisen website is hosted with Australia-based carbon neutral hosting provider Digital Pacific. Our annual donation of trees will offset this branding and website project.
