The Energy Efficiency Council (founded in 2009) is a not-for-profit membership association for businesses, governments, universities, and NGOs. In 2021, the EEC announced the redesign of their Energy Efficiency Certification Scheme (EECS) into EEC Professional Certifications to deliver multiple certifications that drive energy and emissions reduction across the economy.
